Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all yarn labels are intact and the products are protected from moisture.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
